Advance Talent SL is an Ecuadorian company with 23 years of experience in the field, specialized on Latin-American talent development. In 2010, Advance Talent SL envisaged the Caribbean needs to develop talent at C+ Level and joint efforts with Juanita Albuja de Oliva, 2003 -2005 Shell’s Joint Venture Corporate Governance Advisor to create Advance Talent Caribbean SRL. in Dominican Republic.

Our mojo is to forest activities that transfer OUR OWN and OUR TEAM’s experience and adapt it to our client’s governance bodies needs, in order to increase their human capital talent at C+ Level. We focus in four measurable areas: financial, environmental, governance and social.
